Anyways, My husband and I are in the process of opening up our own company and I was curious to see what kind of advice I could get from the online forums. Found this site while looking for hvac forms....great site, however we are still looking for "red tags" for locking out furnaces. Can anyone here direct me in the right direction? We (my husband and I) are HVAC/R business partners and we have had that experience too many times when a customer will not pay. I found a website that monitors who the delinquent customers are. I always check before we quote the job. Also I have added to the sites data_base_ all the customers who we have found to be delinquent. Delinquents are at GoodCustomersPay.com Last I checked it was FREE for contractors. goodcustomerspay. com When the customer has been delinquent Fred tells them that they will be listed as delinquent and sometimes they have paid up.
